- Brewing Guide
Both hot and cold brewing have their own magic. The same ingredients can create completely different flavours, aromas and experiences depending on how you brew. Here’s everything you need to know to choose (or enjoy both!).
HOT BREW
Hot brewing is quick and traditional. It uses heat to draw out the bold flavours, vibrant aromas and beneficial compounds from tea.
- Flavour profile : Bold, rich and aromatic
- Brewing time: 3-7 minutes
- Best for: When you want warmth, comfort and a quick reset
- Perfect for: Herbal blends, floral infusions, spicy blends, black & green teas
- Ideal moments:Mornings, rainy days, focus time, self-care rituals
COLD BREW
Cold brewing is slow and gentle. It uses time instead of heat to create a smoother, lighter and naturally sweet flavour.
- Flavour profile: Smooth, mellow and refreshing
- Brewing time: 8-24 hours
- Best for: When you want something refreshing and low in acidity
- Perfect for: Fruit infusions, herbal blends, green teas, wellness blends
- Ideal moments:Warm days, post-workout, afternoon pick-me-ups
