Zobisco was created to honour this tradition. We blend sun-dried hibiscus petals with thoughtfully chosen botanicals to create simple, beautiful infusions for modern moments of pause — without pressure, performance or promises to fix anything.

I grew up in West Africa where hibiscus — bissap, zobo, depending on where you are — was simply part of daily life. It was brewed in the morning. It was shared at gatherings. It was handed to you without ceremony, without health claims, without any of the noise that now surrounds it in Western wellness culture.
When I moved to the UK, I missed that feeling. Not the taste alone — though that too — but the ritual of it. The way it anchored a moment. The way it made a pause feel intentional.
I looked for something that captured it here. I didn’t find it. Everything was either medicinalised, exoticised, or watered down into something unrecognisable. So I made Zobisco.
I started with the blends I actually wanted to drink. Then I built the ritual framework around the moments I’d already been living. Morning pause with Ruby Glow before the day begins. Midday reset with Warm Ember when the screen gets heavy. An evening cup of Velvet Bloom before the lights go off.
Zobisco is personal to me because it’s rooted in something real — not a trend, not a market opportunity, but a memory I wanted to share. I hope it becomes as much a part of your daily rhythm as it is mine.
