How does the 5% saving work?
Your 5% saving is applied automatically to every subscription delivery — no codes, no steps. It’s applied to the product price and shown clearly before you confirm. Free standard delivery is also included on every order.
Can I change my blend balance before a delivery?
Yes, anytime before dispatch. Log in to your account, adjust the blend ratio — more Warm Ember, more Velvet Bloom, or back to balanced — and your next delivery will reflect the change.
Can I change how many packs I receive?
Yes. You can move between Essential, Steady and Full rituals from your account dashboard. Changes take effect from your next delivery.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, always. Pause for up to 3 months, skip a delivery, or cancel completely — all from your account, with no fees or penalties. There is no minimum commitment.
When will I be charged?
You’re charged when your order is dispatched, not when you sign up. You’ll receive an email before each dispatch so you can adjust your ritual or skip if needed.
Can I subscribe to both rituals?
Yes. Many customers begin with the Midday Reset Ritual and add the Morning Pause Ritual after a few deliveries. You can manage both independently from your account.
What if I want to gift a subscription?
